1. Today – आज (āj)

Nepali: आज मौसम राम्रो छ।
English: Today the weather is nice.
Romanized: Āj mausam rāmrō cha.

2. Day – दिन (din)

Nepali: हिजो राम्रो दिन थियो।
English: Yesterday was a good day.
Romanized: Hijo rāmrō din thiyo.

3. Monday – सोमबार (sōmbār)

Nepali: आज सोमबार हो।
English: Today is Monday.
Romanized: Āj sōmbār ho.

4. Month – महिना (mahinā)

Nepali: अहिले मार्च महिना चल्दैछ।
English: It is the month of March now.
Romanized: Ahile Mārc mahinā chaldai cha.

5. Date twenty-one – एकाइस गते (ekāīs gatē)

Nepali: आज एकाइस गते हो।
English: Today is the 21st.
Romanized: Āj ekāīs gatē ho.

6. Tomorrow – भोलि (bholi)

Nepali: भोलि परीक्षा छ।
English: There is an exam tomorrow.
Romanized: Bholi parīkṣā cha.

7. Day after tomorrow – पर्सि (parsi)

Nepali: पर्सि हामी पोखरा जाँदैछौं।
English: We are going to Pokhara the day after tomorrow.
Romanized: Parsi hāmī Pokharā jāndaichaũ.

8. Pen – कलम (kalam)

Nepali: यो मेरो निलो कलम हो।
English: This is my blue pen.
Romanized: Yo mero nilo kalam ho.

9. To write – लेख्नु (lekhnu)

Nepali: कृपया तिमी आफ्नो नाम लेख।
English: Please write your name.
Romanized: Kripayā timī āphno nām lekh.
