Sentences

1. Ago – अघि (aghi)

Nepali: म दुई दिनअघि पोखरा गएको थिएँ।
English: I went to Pokhara two days ago.
Romanized: Ma duī din aghi Pokharā gaeko thiẽ.

2. Until / Up to – सम्म (samma)

Nepali: म राति दश बजे सम्म पढ्छु।
English: I study until 10 PM.
Romanized: Ma rāti daś baje samma paḍhchu.

3. From – देखि (dekhi)

Nepali: म बिहान ६ बजे देखि काम गर्छु।
English: I work from 6 in the morning.
Romanized: Ma bihān 6 baje dekhi kām garchu.

4. Tourist – पर्यटक (paryaṭak)

Nepali: धेरै पर्यटक नेपाल हेर्न आउँछन्।
English: Many tourists come to see Nepal.
Romanized: Dherai paryaṭak Nepāl herna āunchan.

5.To be enough = पर्याप्त हुनु (paryāpta hunu)

Nepali: पढ्नको लागि समय पर्याप्त छैन।
English: There is not enough time to study.
Romanized: Paḍhnako lāgi samaya paryāpta chaina.

6 . Boiled – उमालेको (umāleko)

Nepali: मैले उमालेको अण्डा खाएँ।
English: I ate a boiled egg.
Romanized: Maile umāleko aṇḍā khāẽ.

7. House – घर (ghar)

Nepali: मेरो घर पोखरामा छ।
English: My house is in Pokhara.
Romanized: Mero ghar Pokharāmā cha.

8. Bag – झोला (jhōlā)

Nepali: मेरो झोलामा पुस्तक छ।
English: There is a book in my bag.
Romanized: Mero jhōlāmā pustak cha.

9. Pen – कलम (kalam)

Nepali: मलाई निलो कलम मनपर्छ।
English: I like blue pens.
Romanized: Malāi nilo kalam manparcha.

10. Window – झ्याल (jhyāl)

Nepali: कृपया झ्याल बन्द गर्नुहोस्।
English: Please close the window.
Romanized: Kripayā jhyāl banda garnuhos.
