1. रातो (Rāto) – Red
- Example: ऊ रातो कारमा यात्रा गर्छ।

2. हरियो (Hariyo) – Green
- Example: यो हरियो बोट सुन्दर छ।
(This green plant is beautiful.)
3. नीलो (Nīlo) – Blue
- Example: उसको नीलो कोट राम्रो छ।
(His blue coat is nice.)
4. पहेंलो (Pahẽlo) – Yellow
- Example: यो पहेंलो फूल सुगन्धित छ।
(This yellow flower is fragrant.)
5. सेतो (Seto) – White
- Example: मेरो कुकुर सेतो छ।
(My dog is white.)
6. कालो (Kālo) – Black
- Example: उसको कपाल कालो छ।
(Her hair is black.)
7. खैरो (Khairo) – Brown
- Example: खैरो कुकुर मेरो साथी हो।
(The brown dog is my friend.)
8. गुलाफी (Gulāphi) – Pink
- Example: गुलाफी लुगा उसलाई राम्रो देखिन्छ।
(Pink clothes look good on her.)
9. सुन्तला (Suntalā) – Orange
- Example: मलाई सुन्तला रंग मन पर्छ।
(I like the orange color.)
10. बैजनी (Baijani) – Purple
- Example: उसले बैजनी फुल लगाई।
(She wore a purple flower.)
11. खैँरो (Khaĩro) – Gray
- Example: आकाश खैँरो देखिन्छ।
(The sky looks gray.)
