Sentences

1. Leftover – बाँकी (bā̃kī)

Nepali: खाना बाँकी छ भने फाल्नु पर्दैन।
English: If there is leftover food, no need to throw it.
Romanized: Khānā bā̃kī cha bhane phālnu pardaina.

2. Very – धेरै / अत्यन्त (dherai / atyanta)

Nepali: ऊ धेरै राम्रो छ।
English: He is very good.
Romanized: Ū dherai rāmrō cha.

3. Thought – सोच / विचार (sōch / vichār)

Nepali: मैले त्यो बारेमा धेरै सोचें।
English: I thought a lot about that.
Romanized: Maile tyo bāremā dherai sochẽ.

4. Thousands – हजारौं (hajāraũ)

Nepali: त्यहाँ हजारौं मानिस थिए।
English: There were thousands of people.
Romanized: Tyahā̃ hajāraũ mānish thiye.

5. Every – हरेक (harek)

Nepali: म हरेक बिहान उठ्छु।
English: I wake up every morning.
Romanized: Ma harek bihān uṭhchu.

6. Easily – सजिलै (sajilai)

Nepali: उसले परीक्षा सजिलै पास गर्‍यो।
English: He passed the exam easily.
Romanized: Usle parīkṣā sajilai pās garyo.

7. Beautiful – सुन्दर (sundar)

Nepali: यो बगैंचा धेरै सुन्दर छ।
English: This garden is very beautiful.
Romanized: Yo bagaĩchā dherai sundar cha.

8. Training – तालिम (tālim)

Nepali: मैले कम्प्युटर तालिम लिएँ।
English: I took computer training.
Romanized: Maile kampyūṭar tālim liẽ.

9. Aerogramme – एयरो ग्राम (ēyrograam)

Nepali: उसले विदेशबाट एयरो ग्राम पठायो।
English: He sent an aerogramme from abroad.
Romanized: Usle videshbāṭa ēyrograam pathāyo.

10. Letter – चिठी (chiṭhī)

Nepali: मैले तिमीलाई चिठी लेखें।
English: I wrote you a letter.
Romanized: Maile timīlāī chiṭhī lekhẽ.
