1. Room – कोठा (koṭhā)

Nepali: मेरो कोठा सफा छ।
English: My room is clean.
Romanized: Mero koṭhā safā cha.

2. Chair – कुर्सी (kursī)

Nepali: कुर्सीमा बस्नुहोस्।
English: Please sit on the chair.
Romanized: Kursīmā basnuhos.

3. Door – ढोका (ḍhokā)

Nepali: ढोका खोल्नुहोस्।
English: Please open the door.
Romanized: Ḍhokā kholnuhos.

4. Window – झ्याल (jhyāl)

Nepali: झ्यालबाट हावा आउँछ।
English: Air comes through the window.
Romanized: Jhyālbāṭa hāwā āuncha.

5. House – घर (ghar)

Nepali: उसको घर ठूलो छ।
English: His house is big.
Romanized: Usko ghar ṭhūlō cha.

6. Village – गाउँ (gāũ)

Nepali: म गाउँमा बस्छु।
English: I live in a village.
Romanized: Ma gāũmā baschu.

7. Town – सहर (sahar)

Nepali: ऊ सहरमा पढ्छ।
English: He studies in town.
Romanized: U saharmā paḍhcha.

8. Clean – सफा (safā)

Nepali: कोठा सफा गर।
English: Clean the room.
Romanized: Koṭhā safā gara.

9. Dirty – फोहोर (phohor)

Nepali: तिमीले फोहोर लुगा लगाएका छौ।
English: You are wearing dirty clothes.
Romanized: Timīle phohor lugā lagāekā chau.

10. Big – ठूलो (ṭhūlō)

Nepali: यो झोला धेरै ठूलो छ।
English: This bag is very big.
Romanized: Yo jholā dherai ṭhūlō cha.
