In this video, we’ll learn about punctuation marks in the Nepali language – known as विराम चिन्हहरू (virām chinhaharu).
Just like in English, punctuation in Nepali helps us read, write, and understand sentences more clearly.
We’ll look at important marks like:
- । (Purna Viram) – Full stop
- , (Comma) – अल्पविराम
- ? (Question mark) – प्रश्नवाचक चिन्ह
- ! (Exclamation mark) – विस्मयवाचक चिन्ह
